Rock and Roll!

Thanks to everyone who turned out to see our new drummer Larry set the stage on fire last night. Figuratively, that is. :)

Bluster's marching to the beat of a different drummer!

We are excited to announce Bluster's new drummer Larry Ohler. He brings solid punk rock chops to our fast garage-y songs like Elegy and his secret (or perhaps not so secret) passion for jazz is a perfect fit for the more post-punk tunes like Transmission and our new...ballad (!?!)...which we hope to debut soon (Anna thinks the rock ballad is a totally underappreciated genre in the 21st century). Already back to booking shows so put 11/20 on all your calendars for a show at the Red Line Tap up in Rogers Park and stay tuned for more!

Bluster featured on the Home Made Hit Show!

I'm very happy to announce that the Home Made Hit Show, one of the great podcasts of all time, is back, at least for now. Kicking off the first show after a 3 year hiatus is me, Mark from Bluster, filling in for usual co-host Dave Criddle. Of course, I took the opportunity to sneak in a Bluster song. Big thanks to Tony B. for making this happen.

It's a perfect summer day to sit outside and listen to live music! Come hear Anna from Bluster play bass for the lovely Emma Jayne at the John Hancock Plaza at 5 pm sharp. A mix of her originals and some crowd-pleaser covers.

On this day in Bluster history . . .

We jammed for the first time with our first drummer, Alex. He was not wearing these sunglasses at the time, but he was cool anyway.
